A sculptured design necklace made of silver and an ancient bronze Roman coin set in a 14K gold setting.
It is an open design necklace, three dimensional, combined with an unusual delicate and authentic Roman coin, describes a women or goddess guarding on a baby.     
The coin is late Roman area, between the 3rd – 4th centuries A.D. and
 is in a very good condition.
